Because we’re taking cafe brunch to a whole new level, and bringing fine dining to you, in your comfort zones of cafe style.
Needless to say, they’ll be a whole lot more wallet-friendly, and more satisfying to your appetites as well.
Apart from the spectacular re-plating we’ve done to some of our existing dishes, we’ve also added three other dishes that will leave you wishing technology’s advancement has reached the stage where you could grab something out of your computer screen for instant gratification.
Salted Egg Yolk Crayfish - $18.00
We’ve heard you, and know how much you love salted egg yolk sauces, but we’re giving you more than you ask for in our Salted Egg Yolk Crayfish - brunch fare with a touch of luxury!
Expect succulent crayfish meat, conveniently peeled out of its shell for your enjoyment,
generously coated with rich, buttery duck yolk sauce, atop our fragrant in-house baked Buckwheat Bun, with a drizzle of Tarragon-infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, paired with juicy Sauteed Mushrooms, finely chopped Purple Cabbage with Citrus Dressing , and finally garnished with
Sea Salt crystals and luscious Cherry Tomatoes.
How fancy is that!
The inspiration behind this dish is our chefs' desire to serve high quality and delicious brunch fare for our customers, at a reasonable price range, while not compromising on its aesthetic appeal. You and I know how much we all love our food photos on IG!
Introducing the star of the dish - the Crayfish. Pan-fried and seasoned, its meat is sweet and juicy, and cooked to perfection. Sounds so relish already! But wait, there’s more! Glazed over the crayfish meat is a layer of decadent, velvety, in-house made golden duck yolk sauce.
Take your time to indulge in each bite as the full-bodied flavour of this dish takes over your tastebuds and drives you into a state of ecstasy.
We’re quite sure you will find yourself craving for it over and over again, and we're speaking from experience!
With this dish comes another one of our pastry kitchen’s proud in-house bakes - Buckwheat Bun.
Warm, fluffy, and toasty brown; not only does the Buckwheat Bun complement the Salted Egg Yolk sauce completely, the buckwheat used in the bread is also very high in nutrients and fibre!
Our cafe’s Sautéed Mushrooms have always been a hot favourite add-on for many customers.
So we’ve included them mushroomy goodness onto this heaven on a plate as well!
To balance off all the rich flavours, the Purple Cabbage with Citrus Dressing provides just the right amount of zing to the dish.
I don’t know about you, but I’m salivating big time from the pictures already!
Scotch Egg Guacamole - $19.00
Paying tribute to one of the most popular choices of picnic foods ever, here’s Boufé’s take on the classic Scotch Egg.
Crispy golden brown Scotch Egg halves served with your choice of Artisan Bread slices (Sesame Rye Bread, Walnut Rye Bread or Sour Dough Bread), gently nestled on a bed of homemade Guacamole spread, a side of Mixed Salad with balsamic dressing, complemented by a heaping scoop of Creme Fraiche, and finally garnished with pan-seared Vine Tomatoes and edible flowers.
Be assured that this delectable dish tastes indeed as good as it looks!
Soft boiled egg lovingly wrapped in well-seasoned minced pork meat and a perfect crumb coat, this gloriously golden orb is juicy while without a tinge of greasiness.
Crispy on the outside, hot and runny on the inside.
What more can one ask for in a Scotch egg?
For the guacamole, our chefs use mashed avocados instead of blended, to give the spread a great mouthfeel and texture.
You can’t deny the impeccable alchemy from the balance of our fragrant Artisan Bread, the mild, buttery sweetness of the guacamole spread, the explosion of flavours from the savoury Scotch Egg, and lastly cooling off with succulent pan-seared Vine Tomatoes with Creme Fraiche.
Honey Granola Garden - $16.00
Fun-Fact: Did you know that there’s a saying that your body craves foods that have things your body currently needs?
No matter how much you love honey-glazed bacon, buttery scrambled eggs, and crisp, juicy sausages, there will be days when your body craves for something more wholesome.
And that’s why our chefs created the Honey Granola Garden.
If you like the sound of homemade Honey Granola paired with Greek-style Yoghurt, served with Pomegranate, a slice of Fresh Indian Mango, plump, juicy Strawberries and Blueberries, and completed with a garnishing of edible flowers, then this dish is perfect for you!
I’m officially obsessed with the delicious earthy flavour from the homemade Honey Granola.Plus, the crunchy caramelised layer coating around the granola is so addictive, it’s difficult to stop at one bite!
Our greek yogurt also provides the right amount of tang and moisture to keep things interesting.
One look at this dish, and you won’t miss the King of Fruits (in India), presented in a mango porcupine style.
Indian Mangoes are known for their creamy, tender texture, with sweet and rich golden saffron coloured flesh.
Atop the neat mango cubes are Pomegranate seeds glistening under the light, resembling red rubies on a golden crown.
Artificial colours and what not, there’s really nothing more pleasing to the eyes than the vibrant hues from nature!
Here’s a bonus:
Get entertained by the variety of flavours from the assorted edible flowers, with some tasting herbaceous, some slightly spicy, and others with subtle floral fragrance.
It’s literally an edible garden on a plate!
The Honey Granola Garden is such a picture worthy dish, let’s just let the pictures speak for themselves.
Each spoonful is a feeling of pure bliss, with the taste of fresh fruits dancing harmoniously with the crunch of honeyed granola in your mouth.
Need we mention, it goes great with a fragrant cup of coffee too?

After numerous trial & errors, fine-tuning sessions based on feedback from customers, our baristas have finally come up with a White Peach Tea that we think is perfect!
A well-balanced homemade tea, the aromatic sweetness of White Peach stands out with an underlying note of the light, fresh fragrance of green tea.
Garnished minimally with edible flowers, this refreshing drink is the epitome of how less is often more.

Our cafe is currently taking a break for CNY, and cafe operations will resume from 16th February 2016 onwards.
